Alas, I must once again remind large numbers of Chinese salesmen and other worldwide peddlers that if they fall into the Gulf of Spam, they will be eaten by roaming Balrogs. The rest of you, lovers of grace, poetry, and horses (nod to Yeats--you do not have to be fond of horses), feel free to leave fascinating missives and curious arguments.

DeleteNo, not at all. I never knew about such "adventures" until I moved to the American south; it is perhaps a regionally centered amphibian homicide.
DeleteRegionally centered amphibian homicide... like that. I also knew boys who had it in for rattlers and roasted them in a fire after a slaughter. Well, they *were* nested up in cabins, which is an unattractive thought for humans.
